I’m Giacinta, the heart of TintaHarmonia, a space where ancient wisdom and modern wellbeing meet to nurture mind, body, and soul.

Trained in Jivamukti and Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates, and Integrative Health Coaching, with a background in decolonial thought and Indigenous studies from the University of Cambridge, I create retreats and offer personalised guidance for those seeking deeper connection with themselves, nature, and others.

I collaborate with conscious and luxury venues worldwide to design immersive retreats that weave together movement, mindfulness, and integrative health. Alongside these retreats, I offer private one-to-one sessions, both in person and online, guiding individuals through practices that support alignment, transformation, and restoration.

At the heart of my work is the belief that wellbeing is a return to oneself, a remembering of the harmony that exists within us, with others, and with the Earth that sustains us. Whether in a retreat, a class, or a quiet moment of stillness, I aim to create spaces that awaken this connection and honour the beauty of living in rhythm with life itself.
